Review policy

Reviews may never be bought, incentivized in exchange for positive sentiment, or written by the company or anyone acting for it.

Mixed and critical reviews are published under the same standards as positive ones. We track the balance of feedback, but we never fabricate criticism and never suppress genuine criticism.

Every review comes from a real client submission or a real public review. We deduplicate so each person is represented once, and we never invent names, ratings, metrics or services.

Reviewer email addresses are never displayed. Names are shown as first name and last initial, and we never guess a last name from an email address.

Reviews are removed only if they are shown to be fraudulent, violate the law, or the reviewer asks for their own review to be withdrawn.
